Valencia is rice and rice is Valencia. At Fum de Llum, we like to conquer with taste, and that’s noticeable in each of our dishes, but especially in our succulent rice dishes.
Did you know that in Valencia we’ve been cultivating rice for more than 1,200 years? La Albufera is the cradle of rice and a magical place that preserves our purest tradition: the cultivation of this precious grain. To pay tribute to our land, we invite you to taste our incredible rice dishes.
Choose your favorite: dry or creamy, surf and turf, with vegetables, meat or fish. You won’t leave anything on the plate, we give you our word.

Fum de Llum was born in 2013 out of conviction. Conviction to do things well, to respect the essence of cooking, and passion for a tough but exciting profession.
We wanted to open a place where you’d want to be and stay, where you’d feel embraced by good dishes and even better flavors. And we believe we’ve achieved it.

We are located in the Cánovas area, in the Gran Vía neighborhood of Valencia
Gran Vía and Ruzafa are two of the neighborhoods that make up L’Eixample in Valencia, and they are our favorite places.
One of the most unique, multicultural, and alternative neighborhoods in Valencia is Ruzafa.
Of Arab origin, it has become the place where everyone wants to be and where lifelong neighbors coexist with bookstores, galleries, trendy venues, and restaurants.
The heart of Ruzafa? Its neighborhood market, open since 1957.
Gran Vía is emblematic, balanced, and stately, the nerve center of the financial and leisure sector in the city of Turia.
We love Valencia and its neighborhoods, that’s why you’ll find us right in the heart of the city, on Conde de Altea Street, 29.
