From the Organic Garden to Your Table
Fum de Llum is Víctor’s dream, an agronomist engineer who decided to bet on fusion cuisine without forgetting his Mediterranean roots.
Sustainability and quality of the product make Fum de Llum a special restaurant. Sourced from Victor’s own organic garden in Algimia de Alfara, seasonal ingredients are selected with the utmost care before reaching the kitchen.
This intimate connection with the land, just 39 minutes from Valencia, ensures that each dish is not only a taste experience, but also a genuine expression of love for nature and local culture.

Fum de Llum was slowly cooked one night with friends in 2013.
It was born with the conviction that things can be done well if there is love for the product and the raw materials.
It’s feeling at home, surrounded by the flavors of a lifetime with a touch of avant-garde.

In our small organic garden, we grow the best local seasonal products. We take advantage of what the land offers us, carefully harvesting the typical vegetables of our region.
And of course, we cannot forget about our rice dishes. Valencia is the land of rice, and we make that clear with our menu of dry and creamy rice dishes.
