  • Steak tartar of matured sirloin steak, on brioche bread with butter. with free-range egg yolk cured in soy.  -1-(3)-7-
  • Sea bream ceviche on pan bao. -1-4-

Mains tasting

FIRST MAIN

  • Seafood mellow rice. With red prawns, King prawns, squid and clams. (for lunchtime)   -2-4-
  • Turbot with black garlic pil pil and “noisette” butter toast. And seasonal mushrooms. -4-7-

SECOND MAIN

  • Tataki of duck magret, with homemade demi-glace, pistachio shavings and freeze-dried raspberry.  -(1)- (8)-
