“FUM”  GROUP

Valencian tomato salad and figs from our garden. And smoked goat’s cheese. -(1)-7-(12)-

Homemade totopos and guacamole. With our tomato sauce, thyme, rosemary and aji panka. -1-(12)-

“DE” GROUP

Titaina with marinated tuna and chlorophyll crisp. Sauteed tomato, red pepper, green pepper and crispy tapioca.    -(1)-(4)-
Adaptable for celiacs and vegetarians.

Carpaccio of ripe picaña with red pesto, rocket sprouts and  carameliced pistachio nuts.     (8)

“LLUM”  GROUP

Pastrami. Came from New York. With smoked beef and tartar sauce. With sourdough bread.    -1-5-7-8-

Tako Yaki with wild squid and kasobushi  -1-6-14-

Iberian pork on creamy flambéed aubergine and its crunchy.     -(1)-(7)-

Chicken paella with pampkinc, pea shoots and sage. Dry or mellow.

Squid paella with Pak Choi (Chinese variety of cabbage). Dry or mellow.    -2-4-

Fideua (noodle) of Iberian pork with asparagus and truffle and mushroom cream.     -1-3-(7)-8-

Charcoal-smoked wild partridge paella. With pak choi and wild thym. Dry or mellow. (Suplement of 6€ per person).

Duck paella with mushrooms. Dry o mellow. (Suplement of 3€ per person).

Seafood paella, with red shrimp, prawns and squid. (Suplement of 6€ per person).    -2-4-
