“FUM”  GROUP 
  •  Valencian tomato salad and figs from our orchard. And smoked goat cheese -7-(12)-
    Homemade totopos and guacamole. With cheddar cheese cream.    -1-7-(12)-

“DE”  GROUP 

  • Fum Salad. With mayonnaise foam, tender edamame, slices of semi-cured white tuna and black olive powder. With crispy focaccia tiles. -(1)-3-4-
  • Chatsu toast. Iberian bacon, glazed in soy, ginger and mirin, cooked at low temperature. With its juice reduced, and marianted egg. -(1)-(3)-6-

 

“LLUM”  GROUP

  • Osso buco taco. With avocado, aji amarillo mayonnaise, toasted corn and micro mezclum. In a corn taco. Slightly spicy.
  • Ox croquettes with sriracha mayonnaise -1-3-6-7-

  • Bonless chicken paellac, with calçots (catalonian fresh garlic) from our own garden and red pesto. d Dry or mellow.
  • Squid paella with Pak Choi (Chinese variety of cabbage). Dry or mellow.    -2-4-
  • Fideua (noodle) of Iberian pork with asparagus and truffle and mushroom cream.     -1-3-(7)-8-
  • Iberian pork on creamy flambéed aubergine and its crunchy.     -(1)-(7)-
  • Cannelloni of scorpion fish with red prawn velouté. -1-2- 4-7-14-
  • Spanish duck paell. With snow pea beans and artichokes . Dry paella or mellow. (Suplement of 3€ per person)
  • Seafood paella, with red shrimp, prawns and squid. (Suplement of 6€ per person).    -2-4-
