- Sautéed of wild and cultivated mushrooms. Simeji, shitake y seta de cardo with parmentier sweet potato sachet. And meat flavoured tapioca crisp. -(1)-(7)-11-

- Bonless chicken paella, with calçots (catalonian fresh garlic) from our own garden and red pesto. Dry or mellow.

- Osso buco (beef) taco, with avocado and tender micro sproud.
