“FUM”  GROUP 

  •  Valencian tomato salad and figs from our orchard. And smoked goat cheese -7-(12)-
  • Homemade totopos and guacamole. With creamy cheddar cheese    -1-7-(12)-

“DE” GROUP 

  • Fum mayonnaise salad. With mayonnaise foam, tender edamame, trout roe  and black olive powder. With crispy focaccia tiles. -(1)-3-(4)
  • Valencian Titaina. Wíth dry tuna. Sauteed tomato, red pepper,green pepper and crispy tapioca, and chlorophyll crispy    -(1)-(4)-

LLUM” GROUP

  • Sautéed of wild and cultivated mushrooms. Simeji, shitake y seta de cardo with parmentier sweet potato sachet. And meat flavoured tapioca crisp.   -(1)-(7)-11-
  • Red shrimps with miso mayoneise-1-2-3-4-7-

Main per persona

(Paellas minimum 2 persons)

  • Bonless chicken paella, with calçots (catalonian fresh garlic) from our own garden and red pesto. Dry or mellow.
  • Wild cuttlefish and squid paella with snow peas. Dry paella or mellow.     -2-4-
  • Fideuá of Iberian pork with asparagus and truffle and mushroom cream.    -1-3-(7)-(8)-
  • Osso buco (beef) taco, with avocado and tender micro sproud.
  • Cuttlefish with cauliflower cream. -4-7-
  • Duck paella (km 0) with  artichokes. Dry paella or mellow (supplement €3 per person).
  • Seafood paella, with red shrimp, prawns and squid. (Suplement of 6€ per person).     -2-4-14
